Workshop Overview
What to expect...
In this workshop Shanna Coulter will show you how to create a ceramic vessel on the pottery wheel that will be filled with candle wax.
Learn the basics of clay and working with it on the pottery wheel
Create your vessel on the pottery wheel
Paint your vessel with our glazes
Select your choice of scented candle wax
Leave your vessel at the studio and we will fire it for you and then Autumn Candle Company will fill the vessel with wax*
*Please note that your finished vessel will be ready in approximately 2 weeks.
Who is this class for?
This class makes for a great date night or hang out with friends! If you’re looking for an introduction to wheel throwing or you’re a candle lover this workshop was made for you! For ages 21 & up.
When is class?
Class will be August 23rd from 6-8pm. Please plan to leave early to find parking in Downtown.
What do I need to bring?
We will provide the wine, clay, and glazes. Autumn Candle Company will fill your handmade candle vessel. We have aprons/smocks available for class, but please dress for mess!
