Private Studio Rentals

Has it been a while since you’ve seen your dining table? Is the guest room full of your supplies? Has your child/cat/dog/spouse wrecked your art one too many times? 🙋🏻 We have the solution! Become a Resident Artist at Local Color Studio and drop a padlock on your very own private studio. We have 95 and 130 square foot (sf) options available at $7/sf/month. You can work any time during open studio hours. You’ll also receive a 10% discount on house classes, materials, and merchandise. Besides having your very own studio that you can customize for your specific needs, you are instantly part of a supportive, creative community, collaborative environment, and visible to the public. You can meet customers directly in your studio, use the open studio or lobby to conduct business, hang out in the residents lounge, record content, store supplies, and receive support for your important work. Local Color Studio will receive shipments on your behalf, provide you with professional development opportunities, critique, marketing and sales by bringing the public to you on First Fridays. We will host a gallery style Open House during all seasonal First Friday events and we request your presence as this is a great opportunity for you and patrons of the arts.
